LRN is seeking a Creative Designer Senior Associate to lead visual design for diverse eLearning, digital, and print projects within the Bespoke team. You will translate client content and brand guidelines into engaging visuals and production-ready assets.

You will collaborate with Learning Directors, Project Managers, and other designers, driving quality, timelines, and mentorship while applying advanced design tools and AI-assisted workflows to deliver high-impact experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in a relevant design role.
• Strong conceptual visual design skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Broad knowledge of eLearning authoring and design tools.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualizing and creating concept statics (storyboards/layouts) using Adobe and print software.
• Developing dynamic project materials that align with brand standards and client expectations.
• Applying advanced design, authoring and AI tools to produce engaging learning experiences.
• Translating written content into strong creative visuals for diverse media.
• Collaborating with Learning Directors, Managers and other designers to sustain high client-facing visuals.
• Managing time effectively to balance multiple products and schedules.

About the role:

As a Creative Designer Senior Associate, you will take ownership of the visual design and creative direction of a diverse range of eLearning, digital, presentation and print projects across LRN’s Bespoketeam.You will translate learning content, client requirements and brand guidelines into engaging visual concepts,storyboardsand production-ready design solutions. Working closely with LearningDesigners, Project Managers,Programmers,mediateamsand other designers, you will provide clear visual direction andmaintainoversight of design quality throughout production.

In addition to delivering high-quality creative work, you will be expected todemonstratestrong project ownership, commercialawarenessand process discipline. You will proactivelyidentifyrisks, manage work within agreed scope and timelines, supportqualityand efficiency improvements, and provide guidance or mentorship to other designers whererequired.The role requires advancedproficiencyin core design and authoring tools, effective use of AIimage generation tools, and the ability to work directly and professionally with internal stakeholders,clientsand external production partners.

Requirements

What you'll do:

• Conceptualizingand creatingconcept statics (storyboards/sample layouts) using a range of tools from theAdobeproductrangethroughtraditional print software.
• Developingdynamicandengagingprojectmaterialsthat arecreative,highqualityand align withbrand standards and client expectations.
• Applying advanced design, authoring and AI tools to create engaging,accessibleand production-ready learning experiences.
• Takingwrittencontentandproducingstrongcreativegraphicideas/solutionsforavarietyofmedia.
• Collaboratingwith LearningDirectors, LearningManagers,LearningDesigners, Design Managerstoproducevisualcontent of a highclient-facing standard.
• Managingtimeeffectively tobalancethedemandingrequirements of multipleconcurrentproductsand schedules.
• Identifyingand resolving design issues tominimizedefects, rework and project risks while working within agreed scope and budgets
• Recognizinginternal and clientbudget constraintsto align designsand overall design approach.
• Catalogingnew and existingconcepts and assets for efficientfuturereuse.
• Supporting and mentoring other designers while contributing to continuous improvement of creative processes,toolsand workflows.
• Contributing to wider team, product and operational initiatives that enhance the Creative team's capability and business performance.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 4 years' experience in a relevant design role.

• Degree in design or equivalent professional experience.
• eLearning or digital learning experience.
• Working knowledge of eLearning authoring tools,that may includeStoryline, Rise,LectoraandElucidat.
• Experience supporting client-facing concept development.
• Experience working with global teams or external vendors.
