Job summary

LRN is seeking a Creative Designer Senior Associate for remote work in India. The role focuses on visual design and creative direction across eLearning, digital, presentation and print projects for the Bespoke team.

You will translate content and brand guidelines into engaging visual concepts, storyboards, and production-ready designs, collaborating with Learning Designers and project partners. Strong project ownership, commercial awareness and process discipline are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a design role.
• Strong visual design concepts and brand alignment.
• Proficiency with Photoshop/Illustrator and eLearning tools.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualizing and creating storyboards and layouts using the Adobe suite and print tools.
• Developing dynamic, high-quality project material aligned with brand standards.
• Applying design, authoring and AI tools to produce engaging learning experiences.
• Translating content into strong creative concepts for various media.
• Collaborating with Learning Directors, Managers and designers to ensure high-quality visuals.
• Managing time to balance multiple products and schedules.
• Identifying and resolving design issues to minimize defects and risks.
• Aligning designs with client budgets and constraints.
• Cataloging concepts/assets for future reuse.
• Supporting and mentoring other designers and contributing to process improvements.
• Contributing to wider team initiatives to enhance capability.

About the role:

As a Creative Designer Senior Associate, you will take ownership of the visual design and creative direction of a diverse range of eLearning, digital, presentation and print projects across LRN's Bespoketeam.You will translate learning content, client requirements and brand guidelines into engaging visual concepts,storyboardsand production-ready design solutions. Working closely with LearningDesigners, Project Managers,Programmers,mediateamsand other designers, you will provide clear visual direction andmaintainoversight of design quality throughout production.

In addition to delivering high-quality creative work, you will be expected todemonstratestrong project ownership, commercialawarenessand process discipline. You will proactivelyidentifyrisks, manage work within agreed scope and timelines, supportqualityand efficiency improvements, and provide guidance or mentorship to other designers whererequired.The role requires advancedproficiencyin core design and authoring tools, effective use of AIimage generation tools, and the ability to work directly and professionally with internal stakeholders,clientsand external production partners.

Requirements

What you'll do:

• Conceptualizingand creatingconcept statics (storyboards/sample layouts) using a range of tools from theAdobeproductrangethroughtraditional print software.
• Developingdynamicandengagingprojectmaterialsthat arecreative,highqualityand align withbrand standards and client expectations.
• Applying advanced design, authoring and AI tools to create engaging,accessibleand production-ready learning experiences.
• Takingwrittencontentandproducingstrongcreativegraphicideas/solutionsforavarietyofmedia.
• Collaboratingwith LearningDirectors, LearningManagers,LearningDesigners, Design Managerstoproducevisualcontent of a highclient-facing standard.
• Managingtimeeffectively tobalancethedemandingrequirements of multipleconcurrentproductsand schedules.
• Identifyingand resolving design issues tominimizedefects, rework and project risks while working within agreed scope and budgets
• Recognizinginternal and clientbudget constraintsto align designsand overall design approach.
• Catalogingnew and existingconcepts and assets for efficientfuturereuse.
• Supporting and mentoring other designers while contributing to continuous improvement of creative processes,toolsand workflows.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 4 years' experience in a relevant design role.
• Strong conceptual visual design skills.
• Advancedproficiencyin Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Broad knowledge of eLearning authoring and design tools.
• Experience creating visual concepts,storyboardsand production-ready assets.
• Experience with AI image generation and creative AI tools.
• Ability to mentor and support other designers.
• Initiative to work under tight deadlines.
• Degree in design or equivalent professional experience.
• eLearning or digital learning experience.
• Working knowledge of eLearning authoring tools,that may includeStoryline, Rise,LectoraandElucidat.
• Experience supporting client-facing concept development.
• Experience working with global teams or external vendors.
