Job summary

Vinsys It Services in Pune is seeking a Graphic Designer with 3-5 years of experience to design graphics, icons, illustrations and layouts for learning modules and presentations.

You will support senior designers, collaborate with instructional designers, and ensure visuals align with brand goals. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is required; After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus, and familiarity with Storyline Rise 360 or Captivate is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in eLearning / EdTech.
• Strong portfolio showcasing learning visuals, infographics and layouts.
• Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory and composition.
• Ability to collaborate with instructional designers and developers.
• Attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of relevant Graphic Design experience, preferably in eLearning / EdTech / Digital Learning.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Adobe Photoshop

• After Effects / Premiere Pro good to have
• Knowledge of Articulate Storyline / Rise 360 / Adobe Captivate is preferred.
• Good understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, colour theory, and composition.
• Experience in creating learning visuals, storyboards, infographics, and interactive assets.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a good creative portfolio.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
• Experience with Canva / Figma / AI design tools.
• Understanding of LMS, SCORM, responsive and accessible learning content.
