We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer. The responsibilities of this role include:

• Designing graphics for e-Learning modules using Photoshop, ensuring high-quality images are delivered at sufficient speed.
• Creating User Interface elements such as layouts, buttons, and fonts, and setting guidelines for color combination use.
• Developing a media strategy, including guidelines for the use of vector graphics, real photos, and other media types.
• Coordinating with clients to get style guides approved and explaining the style guide to Graphic Designers.
• Creating wireframes based on storyboards and client requirements.
• Visualizing and giving a visual look and feel to learning concepts, assisting subordinates in delivering creative output.
• Participating in brainstorming discussions with project team members.
• Managing a team of designers, reviewing their work, and providing guidance when required.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Knowledge of leading authoring tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Captivate, Coral Draw, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premier Pro.
• Good English communication skills for understanding client needs.
• Good analytical skills.

Education qualifications required include a Graduate/Post-Graduate Diploma/Degree in Commercial Arts from a reputed University/Institution.
