Job summary

DMart is seeking a Graphic Designer to create and adapt materials for VM collaterals for in-store, on-store, and outdoor communications and branding. You will handle campaign banners, posters, and branding across all stores, while coordinating with the Marketing team on multiple projects and maintaining brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

Job description

Responsibilities for Graphic Designer

• Creating and adapting various materials for VM collaterals for in-store, on-store and outdoor communications and branding.
• Creating and adapting of all artworks of campaign banners, standee, Posters, branding etc. in all the stores.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images.
• Ideate and adapt leaflet designs, PPT, Collaterals, outdoor ads and Print Ads as per the brief and brand guidelines.
• Select colors, images, text style, and layout for all the required creatives.
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics & layouts.
• Understand and visualize the requirements, brainstorm and deliver fresh new creatives based on the brief given.
• Incorporate changes recommended into the design.
• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.
• Coordinating and working as team with Marketing.
• Ability to research designs, thoughts.

Qualifications for Graphic Designer

• Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
• Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Organizational skills are required to plan daily tasks and meet the needs of the marketing team
• Excellent eye for detail

Working Time :Monday toFriday/ 9.00 am to 6.30 pm Saturday/ Sunday Fixed Off
