Target Learning Ventures is seeking a design lead to drive creative concepts across print and digital platforms. You will collaborate with marketing, content, product, editorial, and project management teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals and campaigns.

You will oversee junior designers and freelancers, manage multiple projects, and ensure on-time delivery with high quality. Proficiency in Adobe CC and strong branding skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong eye for typography, color theory, composition and layout.
• Experience with print production and pre-press requirements.

Description du poste

• Lead and execute creative design projects from concept to final production.
• Develop visual concepts, layouts, illustrations, campaigns, presentations, brochures, catalogues, social media creatives, and marketing materials.
• Create and maintain brand-consistent visual communication across print and digital platforms.
• Work closely with marketing, content, product, editorial, and project management teams to understand creative requirements.
• Translate briefs and business requirements into effective visual concepts and design solutions.
• Review and provide creative direction to junior designers and freelancers.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Prepare artwork for print production, including correct dimensions, bleed, margins, colour profiles, resolution, and file specifications.
• Coordinate with printers, production teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate final output.
• Review proofs and conduct quality checks before final production.
• Develop design templates, style guides, visual systems, and reusable creative assets.
• Stay updated with current design trends, technologies, AI-powered creative tools, and industry best practices.
• Use AI and emerging creative technologies to improve design ideation, content creation, image generation, and production efficiency.
• Present creative concepts and design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong knowledge of print production and pre-press requirements.
• Experience in both digital and print design.
• Ability to create presentations, marketing collateral, social media creatives, and campaign assets.
• Strong conceptual and visual-thinking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted design and creative tools is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Experience working with publishing, advertising, marketing, education, FMCG, corporate, or creative agencies is an advantage.
• Experience managing end-to-end creative projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual, branding, print, digital, and campaign design work.
