Job summary

Paytm Payments Services is seeking a talented graphic designer with 4–5 years of experience to create standout visuals for social media, campaigns, websites, and offline collateral. You will turn briefs into sharp visuals that resonate across formats and platforms.

You will help maintain a consistent brand identity, work closely with marketing and content teams, stay ahead of design trends and AI tools, and manage multiple projects to meet tight deadlines with quality work.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of graphic design experience, ideally from an agency or an in-house design/marketing team.
• Solid grip on branding, typography, layout, colour theory, and visual storytelling.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience designing for both digital campaigns and offline/print communication
• Comfort with Figma, Canva, and presentation-design tools
• Real, hands-on experience with AI creative tools
• A strong portfolio of social-first design work that shows you understand platforms, not just aesthetics
• Sharp attention to detail, strong time management, and a cool head under fast-paced deadlines
• Great communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
