Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services in Thane is seeking a design-focused professional to lead catalogue design for print and digital, shaping layouts for product lines including decorative and home automation.

You will design marketing creatives, edit photos and basic videos, and own workflows with minimal supervision while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience designing product catalogues for print and digital.
• Ability to structure layouts for decorative lighting, task lighting, and home automation products.
• Maintain consistency in layout grids, typography, spacing and alignment.
• Deliver print-ready and eCatalogue files with proper specs.
• Knowledge of print and digital file formats (PDF, CMYK, bleed, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Design and update product catalogues (print + digital).
• Structure layouts for decorative lighting, task lighting, and home automation products.
• Create marketing creatives for social media, WhatsApp, brochures, and invitations.
• Edit product photos with color correction and background cleaning; create basic videos/reels.
• Own workflow with minimal supervision and coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines.

Role & responsibilities

1. Catalogue Design (Primary Responsibility)

• Design and update product catalogues (print + digital)
• Structure layouts for:
  • Decorative lighting
  • Task lighting
  • Home automation products
• Maintain consistency in:
  • Layout grids
  • Typography
  • Spacing and alignment
• Deliver print-ready & E catalogue files with proper specifications

2. Marketing Creatives

• Design:
  • Social media posts
  • WhatsApp creatives
  • Brochures & flyers
  • Event invitations
• Ensure all creatives follow a premium, modern design language

3. Photo & Video Editing

• Edit product images (color correction, background cleaning, enhancements)
• Create basic videos/reels for marketing
• Optimize creatives for multiple platforms

4. Workflow Ownership

• Take complete ownership of ongoing design work
• Execute tasks with minimal supervision
• Coordinate with internal teams and deliver on deadlines
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously

5. Basic Production Support

• Operate a laser engraving machine for product customization (training will be provided)
• Prepare basic artwork files for engraving
• Ensure proper alignment and output quality

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills

Software Proficiency (Mandatory)

• Adobe Photoshop

• Basic video editing tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects or similar)

Additional Skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good Knowledge about how to use AI for workflows.(Optional ,but good if present)
