Job summary

Airattix Storage in Pune is seeking a creative Graphic Designer + Video Editor to produce high-quality marketing creatives, reels, and promotional videos for our social media and campaigns. The ideal candidate will fuse strong design and editing skills with an understanding of branding and AI-powered tools, with 3-4 years of relevant experience and a Graduate degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing.
• Experience with digital marketing, advertising agencies, startups, or performance marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media creatives, banners, ad creatives, brochures, flyers, and campaign materials.
• Design high-performing creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other marketing campaigns.
• Edit reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and performance marketing ad creatives.
• Create and adapt video content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, music, and other elements to improve video engagement.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and maintain brand consistency.
• Use AI tools to improve creative quality and production efficiency.

About the Role

Airattix is looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer + Video Editor to create high-quality marketing creatives, social media content, advertising visuals, reels, and promotional videos. The ideal candidate should have strong design and video editing skills, along with an understanding of performance marketing and AI-powered creative tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media creatives, banners, ad creatives, brochures, flyers, and campaign materials.
• Design high-performing creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other marketing campaigns.
• Edit reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and performance marketing ad creatives.
• Create and adapt video content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, music, and other elements to improve video engagement.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and maintain brand consistency.
• Use AI tools to improve creative quality and production efficiency.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar tools.
• Strong experience in graphic design, video editing, reels, social media, and advertising creatives.
• Good understanding of branding, typography, visual storytelling, and social media trends.
• Must be good in written and spoken English.
• Should be good at writing AI prompts and comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and AI image/video tools.

Educational Qualification & Experience

• Must be a Graduate.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing.
• Experience with digital marketing, advertising agencies, startups, or performance marketing will be preferred.

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must share a portfolio including relevant work such as:

• Social media and advertising creatives
• Reels and short-form videos
• Promotional or campaign videos
• Branding, brochures, banners, or marketing materials
• Social media handles or campaigns managed
