Job summary

Mansha Group is seeking a creative designer and video editor to join our marketing team in Faridabad. You will design graphics, digital ads, and social media assets, and edit videos from concept to final cut for campaigns.

The role also involves creating motion graphics and AI-assisted visuals to support fast-turnaround needs. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Canva, and Figma, with experience in social media formats and a strong sense of branding.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in graphic design using industry-standard tools.
• Experience creating video content and editing for social platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted image/video generation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics, digital ads, EDMs, and social media creatives per brand guidelines.
• Edit and produce videos, including Instagram Reels and short-form content, from concept to final cut.
• Create motion graphics, animations, and transitions to enhance video content.
• Generate AI-assisted images and videos to support fast-turnaround creative needs.
• Collaborate with marketing to translate briefs into compelling assets.
• Manage multiple design and video projects and meet deadlines.
• Stay updated with design, social media, video, and AI trends; bring fresh ideas.
• Maintain consistency in visual quality, tone, and branding across outputs.

• Edit and produce videos, including Instagram Reels and short-form content, from concept to final cut
• Create motion graphics, animations, and transitions to enhance video and campaign content
• Generate AI-assisted images and videos to support fast-turnaround creative needs
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign briefs into visually compelling assets
• Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Stay current with design, social media, video, and AI trends, and proactively bring fresh ideas to campaigns
• Maintain consistency in visual quality, tone, and branding across all output

Preferred candidate profile -

• Graphic Design: Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Canva/Figma
• AI Image & Video Generation: Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Pika, Veo, Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar tools
