Job summary

Teamone Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. in Pune seeks a skilled Graphic Designer to create high-quality social media visuals, presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral.

You will ensure designs align with the premium brand identity and collaborate closely with the Brand Manager and Videographer to execute integrated campaigns. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience, strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma or similar software.
• Skilled in typography, colour theory, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Basic understanding of podcast production workflows and collaborating with videographers/editors.
• Excellent English communication – both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality social media creatives, presentations, brochures, sales kits, ads, and other marketing collateral.
• Create visuals aligned with Teamone's premium brand identity.
• Collaborate with Brand Manager and Videographer on integrated campaigns.
• Maintain consistency across branding and communications materials.
• Design for digital platforms, print media, corporate events, and internal communications.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to boost creativity and efficiency.
• Stay updated on design trends and bring fresh ideas.

*What We’re Looking For*

• * Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
• * Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar design software.
• * Working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools to streamline design workflows.
• * Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• * Basic understanding of podcast production workflows and effective collaboration with videographers and video editors.
• * Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• * Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
