We are looking for a dynamic Graphic Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in elevating our brand’s visual identity. In this position, you will work with our marketing team to craft compelling visual content that drives engagement across both digital and print platforms. Your ability to blend design expertise with a strategic understanding of digital marketing will be key to producing impactful, on‑brand materials that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design eye‑catching marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, email templates, website banners, and video content.
• As a part of the marketing team, you will also work with other departments to develop creative concepts, ensuring designs align with overall strategies and business goals.
• Optimized designs for various digital platforms, maximizing engagement and performance.
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials by strictly adhering to company guidelines.
• Analyze the performance of design assets and implement data‑driven improvements to boost engagement.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing and design trends, continuously refining your craft.
• Manage vendor relationships related to all branding and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a graphic design role.
• Experience in digital marketing is a plus.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) and video editing tools.
• Solid understanding of web and UI/UX design, social media platforms, and digital marketing trends.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas to non‑design team members.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with SEO and creating optimized design assets for online performance.
