AlifCloud IT Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing and design team.

You will produce high-quality visual content across digital and print channels, transforming concepts into engaging assets that align with our brand identity and engage our target audience. The role requires 2–4 years of design experience, a strong portfolio, and advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or Canva.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and digital design tools like Figma or Canva.
• Excellent visual communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Visual Content Creation: Design digital marketing graphics, social media assets, ad creatives, email banners, website visuals, and print collaterals.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual materials strictly adhere to our brand guidelines while evolving the creative aesthetic.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, marketing teams, and project managers to translate briefs into visual solutions.
• Production & Pre-Press: Prepare final layout files for digital distribution and print production with correct dimensions, resolution, and color profiles.
• Iterative Design: Present concepts, incorporate feedback from stakeholders, and refine designs to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Visual Content Creation: Design digital marketing graphics, social media assets, ad creatives, email banners, website visuals, and print collaterals (flyers, brochures, packaging).
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual materials strictly adhere to our brand guidelines while continually evolving our creative aesthetic.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, marketing teams, and project managers to understand campaign goals and translate briefs into visual solutions.
• Production & Pre-Press: Prepare final layout files for digital distribution and print production, ensuring correct dimensions, resolution, and color profiles.
• Iterative Design: Present concepts, incorporate feedback from stakeholders, and refine designs to meet project goals and deadlines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house).
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling across print and digital media.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus) and digital design tools like Figma or Canva.
• Soft Skills: Excellent visual communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles or web design.
• Motion graphics or video editing experience.
