Responsibilities

• Understand client briefs and translate them into compelling design concepts, from ideation to final delivery.
• Create high-quality social creatives, brand identity elements, marketing collaterals, and digital assets for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
• Maintain design consistency across projects while aligning with brand tone and communication objectives.
• Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to bring concepts to life.
• Work on both static and motion content as needed—basic transitions, text animations, and short-form edits for reels or stories.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a digital/creative agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise (brand identity, social creatives, campaign visuals).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator; familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus.
• Exposure to working with internal stakeholders and clients for creative feedback and delivery.
• Good understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
• Basic video editing skills in Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus) for simple motion graphics.
• Familiarity with AI-based design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E) is an added advantage.
