Peak Pilots in Ahmedabad is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to create visually compelling assets for D2C brands across ads, social, landing pages, and emails.
You will translate briefs into high-impact designs, collaborate with marketing teams, iterate based on performance data, and maintain brand visuals and design libraries for consistent output.
Peak Pilots is a D2C-only performance marketing agency focused exclusively on scaling direct-to-consumer brands. The team rebuilds clients' data and tracking foundations to eliminate broken pixels, misattributed conversions, and unreliable reporting, ensuring every marketing decision is based on accurate insights. They then design integrated engines across paid media, SEO, and retention (WhatsApp, email, lifecycle) to create compounding, connected growth rather than siloed efforts. Peak Pilots operates on a fixed retainer model, aligning their success with client growth instead of ad spend volume. With 12+ D2C brands scaled, 45+ campaigns delivered, and an average 7x ROAS, they prioritize results over long-term lock-in contracts.
This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Ahmedabad. The Graphic Designer will create visually compelling assets for D2C brands, including digital graphics for ads, social media, landing pages, and email campaigns that align with each brand’s identity and performance goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and strategy teams, translating creative briefs into high-impact designs, and iterating based on performance data and feedback. The role also involves developing and refining brand visuals, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, preparing files for various digital platforms, and maintaining organized design libraries. The Graphic Designer is expected to stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the quality and effectiveness of creative output.
