Job summary

Corenza is seeking a Lead Graphic Designer to head the graphic design function in Pune, guiding brand and marketing visuals across channels. This role requires strong leadership, a compelling portfolio, and hands-on design work, with a focus on brand language and storytelling.

You will manage multiple projects, mentor designers, and explore AI-powered formats while coordinating with marketing and content teams. Office-based role in Pune with a hybrid-ish schedule (Mon-Fri WFO, Sat WFH).

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of relevant graphic/visual design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand and campaign design.
• Experience in design team leadership/mentoring.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and branding.
• Hands-on experience with AI-based design tools.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working from the Pune office.
