Job summary

Because Ahmedabad-based design team is seeking a designer to own social media creatives, branding assets, and client decks across multiple brands. You’ll craft on-brand visuals that perform, while exploring directions with AI tools to move faster without sacrificing craft.

We expect 2–4 years of design experience, a strong portfolio showing range, and fluency with AI design tools. This is an on-site role in Ahmedabad for multi-client work with high-output expectations.

What you’ll own

• Design social media creatives across client brands — static posts, carousels, stories, ads — that are on-brand and built to perform, not just look good.
• Build and extend brand identities: logos, colour systems, typography, and collateral like brochures, packaging, and signage.
• Create presentations and pitch decks that communicate clearly and hold attention — for clients, for campaigns, and for internal strategy.
• Use AI image and design tools to concept faster, generate references, and explore directions without burning hours on dead ends.
• Maintain brand consistency across deliverables while adapting to the tone of each client's world.
• Collaborate with content, video, and digital teams so the visual output connects across every touchpoint.

You're a fit if

• You have 2–4 years of design experience, preferably at an agency where you've handled multiple brands at once.
• Your portfolio shows range — not just one style, but the ability to shift registers between a luxury brand and a mass‑market one.
• You already use AI tools in your workflow — Nano Banana, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar — and you're not precious about it.
• You're fast without being sloppy. Agency timelines are real and you've learned to work within them.
• You understand that a deck is a communication tool, not a canvas — and you design it accordingly.
• You take feedback without ego and iterate quickly — but you also know when to hold your ground on a design decision.
