Freecia Professional India is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to craft premium visuals for social media, packaging, and ecommerce. You will own design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output.

Responsibilities include creating social media creatives, packaging artwork, product photography, and short-form video content. Proficiency in AI-assisted design tools is a plus, and a strong portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of graphic design and visual content creation experience.
• Strong portfolio with packaging design, product photography, and social media content.
• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or FMCG brands preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design social media creatives, banners, brochures, and POSM across channels.
• Create packaging artworks, labels, sleeves, and marketing inserts.
• Conduct product photography and basic video shoots for ecommerce.
• Shoot and edit Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts for campaigns.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate content ideation and production.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales for campaign assets.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visuals.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Brand Communication

• Design social media creatives, banners, brochures, posters, catalogues, flyers, standees, and POSM.
• Create high-converting creatives for Meta Ads, Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual communication.
• Design launch campaigns, festive campaigns, and promotional materials.

Product Packaging & Artwork

• Develop and modify product packaging artworks.
• Create label designs, mono-cartons, sleeves, and marketing inserts.
• Ensure print-ready files with proper specifications and color accuracy.
• Coordinate with printing vendors when required.

Product Photography & Videography

• Conduct professional product photography for e-commerce and marketing.
• Create white-background product images and lifestyle product shoots.
• Handle basic lighting, composition, and styling.
• Edit and retouch images for premium presentation.

Reel Creation & Video Content

• Shoot and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and product videos.
• Create engaging before-after transformations and product demonstrations.
• Develop motion graphics and video advertisements.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to create campaign-focused content.

AI-Assisted Creative Development

• Utilize AI tools to accelerate content creation and ideation.
• Generate AI-assisted visuals, mockups, campaign concepts, and storyboards.
• Use AI platforms for image enhancement, video generation, background replacement, and creative exploration.
• Stay updated with emerging AI creative technologies.

E-Commerce Creative Management

• Create Amazon A+, Brand Store, and listing creatives.
• Design infographics, feature highlights, comparison charts, and brand story modules.
• Optimize images for higher CTR and conversion.
