Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review user comments across social media handles and digital platforms, manually and via ORM tools.
• Respond promptly to negative comments within defined turnaround times to maintain a positive user experience.
• Build brand awareness by addressing user queries and maintaining positive online perceptions.
• Acknowledge compliments and highlight positive feedback on brand pages and use listening tools for monitoring.
• Categorize data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly ORM performance reports.
• Analyze audience feedback and provide insights to improve brand positioning and customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria
