Dentsu Creative seeks a proactive Graduate Trainee – Online Reputation Management (ORM) to monitor and manage brand conversations across social media and digital platforms. This role is ideal for fresh graduates passionate about digital media, customer engagement, and brand reputation, offering hands-on experience in social listening.

Key responsibilities include monitoring comments, responding to complaints, building brand awareness, and preparing ORM performance reports.

Qualifications

• Graduate or UG-approved Diploma in Mass Media, Marketing Communication, Advertising or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review user comments, suggestions, feedback and complaints across social media and digital platforms, manually and via ORM tools.
• Respond promptly to negative comments and complaints within defined turnaround time.
• Build brand awareness by addressing user queries and maintaining positive online perceptions.
• Acknowledge compliments and highlight positive feedback on brand social media pages; use social listening tools for monitoring and response management.
• Categorize data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly ORM performance reports.
• Analyze audience feedback and provide insights to improve brand positioning and customer experience.
