Role Overview

The IT Graduate Trainee program is designed to provide recent graduates with a comprehensive introduction to the organization's technology landscape. The trainee will gain hands-on experience across multiple IT functions, develop technical and professional skills, and contribute to key initiatives that support business operations. • Skills: Basic understanding of engineering principles and concepts; Knowledge of relevant software/tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, programming languages, etc.); Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Willingness to learn and adapt; Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
