Job summary

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand SAP SD module functionalities and business processes.
• Assist SAP SD consultants in day-to-day functional activities.
• Gain knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
• Support activities related to Sales Order, Delivery, and Billing processes.
• Assist in Customer Master Data and Material Master Data management.
• Understand pricing, shipping, and sales processes in SAP.
• Participate in SAP testing activities (Unit Testing/UAT).
• Support requirement gathering and documentation.
• Analyze issues and coordinate with team members for solutions.
• Prepare functional documents and process reports.
• Follow SAP implementation and support methodologies.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of SAP SD Module.
• Knowledge of Sales Process and O2C Cycle.
