Job summary

Robro Systems Private Limited in Indore invites fresh engineering graduates to join as Graduate Engineer Trainees (Operations & Support). The program provides structured training across production, installation, operations and technical support to build a solid foundation in industrial automation and machine vision.

You will contribute to assembly, client installations, testing and documentation while learning PLCs, sensors, and industrial machinery under mentorship.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic Engineering graduates to join Robro Systems as Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) . This role offers structured training and hands-on experience across Production, Installation, Operations, and Technical Support , providing an excellent foundation for building a long-term career in Industrial Automation and Machine Vision.

Preferred

• Internship or project experience in Industrial Automation, Manufacturing, or Machine Vision.
• Good knowledge of PLCs, Sensors, Electrical Panels, or Industrial Machines.
• Familiarity with technical documentation and reporting.
• Passion for learning new technologies and building a long-term engineering career.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
