Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, billing, and project planning advantageous.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and verification of project bills.
• Support quantity estimation and quantity take-off from drawings.
• Coordinate with project sites for billing and planning-related activities.
• Prepare project progress reports and maintain MIS.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource tracking.
• Review BOQs, drawings, and project documentation.
• Maintain billing records and support cost monitoring.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely project execution.
