• Help maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Document processes, procedures, and configurations; create reports for IT projects.

Job Description As a Graduate Trainee Engineer in IT

As a Graduate Trainee Engineer in IT, your primary goal is to embark on a journey of professional growth within our dynamic IT department. This role is designed for fresh graduates with a strong passion for technology, providing hands‑off experience and mentorship opportunities to kickstart your career in IT. You will report to the Engineering Manager, IT and have a hybrid schedule working in Pune, India.

The Essentials – You Will Have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT.
• Experience with technology and a desire to pursue a career in IT.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Positive communicator with a collaborative approach.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Consistently attentive to details and committed to delivering high‑quality work.
• CGPA of 8 or above.
• SQL coding skills and proficiency in at least one programming language (.NET, Java, Python, etc.).
