Job summary

Mahindra & Mahindra Limited in Nashik District seeks a BIW Shop Engineer to perform technical analysis of manufacturing concerns and organize containment actions. You will ensure timely communication to the responsible Officer and drive action planning to close issues across manufacturing lines.

Qualified candidates hold BE/Mechanical and have 3–4 years of BIW shop experience, contributing to quality, safety, and continuous improvement on the factory floor.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience working in BIW Shops.

Responsibilities

• Technical analysis of concerns reported from manufacturing.
• Arrange containment action in case of failure in supplier parts.
• Ensure concern communication to the respective Officer.
• Ensure action planning of issues raised from manufacturing.
• Ensure closure of issues by regularly updating in various forum(s).
• Certify supplier rejections and monitoring disposal of the same.
• Ensure reduction in concerns reported from manufacturing lines.
• Adhere to guidelines related to SQA functioning at the area of work.
• Carry out HSPP audits for parts at the area of work.
• Participate in Daily RFI/NOVA-C & LSP meets, analyze concerns and conclude them.
• Guide and monitor associates in their daily work.
