Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. seeks an experienced manager to supervise day-to-day operations across shifts at a large Jaipur facility. You will drive production, cost, and quality control, ensuring safety and TPM compliance for manufacturing.

You will also oversee staffing, development, and performance of operations teams, and coordinate with business, sales, and engineering to align strategies for multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or diploma required.
• 3-7 years of experience in facilities or operations management.
• Experience with TPM, safety, and environmental compliance.
