Job summary

Benison Technologies Private Limited in Bengaluru seeks a networking specialist to design, implement, and troubleshoot GPON-based access networks. You will work with OLTs/ONTs/ONUs, configure VLANs, QoS, DHCP, and IGMP, and ensure robust FTTH services across deployments.

Eligibility includes hands-on testing of triple play services with QoS in xPON products, strong troubleshooting, and ability to analyze logs and monitor network performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GPON architecture and standards.
• Hands-on experience with OLTs, ONTs/ONUs, and access network technologies.
• Understanding of VLAN, STP, DHCP, PPPoE, IGMP, QoS and Layer-2 networking.
• Experience with network troubleshooting, monitoring tools and log analysis.
• Understanding of FTTH deployments and broadband services.
• Working knowledge of IGMP/PIM-SM/DHCP/IPoE/PPPoE protocols.
• Hands on testing experience of triple play services with QoS in xPON products.
