Job summary

GramPro Business Services Pvt. Ltd. in Ahmedabad is seeking a proactive field sales executive to source gold loan customers through field activities and branch walk-ins, and to manage the complete loan process from lead generation to disbursement.

You will assess gold as per bank standards, explain loan schemes and interest rates, and strive to achieve monthly targets while ensuring proper documentation and regulatory compliance in a target-driven role.

Qualifications

• 1–6 years of experience in Gold Loan / Banking / NBFC.
• Knowledge of gold valuation preferred.
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a target-driven field sales role.

Responsibilities

• Source Gold Loan customers through field activities and branch walk-ins.
