Responsibilities

• Source gold loan customers from open market through marketing activities, cold calls, and references.
• Process and manage gold loans, ensuring compliance and achieving sales.
• Acquire new business and build Gold Loan portfolio for profit.
• Innovate with new Gold Loan schemes across channels and segments.
• Oversee end-to-end issuing and management of gold loans, ensuring customer satisfaction, risk mitigation, and growth.
• Comply with RBI guidelines, internal policies, and audit requirements.
• Ensure staff competency and adherence to company policies.
• Review audit reports and take corrective actions.
• Build and maintain relationships with banking partners and stakeholders.

Role & responsibilities

• Source gold loan customers from open market through marketing activities, cold calls, and references.
• Primarily involves around processing and managing gold loans, ensuring compliance, and achieving sales.
• Ensuring new acquisition & build up of Gold Loan Business to increase Net Weight Gold with the company with overall business and profit responsibility.
• Keep innovating, launching new Gold Loan schemes suitable across sales channel and segments of customers.
• Overseas the end-to-end process of issuing and managing gold loans, ensuring customer satisfaction, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and business growth.
• Comply with RBI guidelines, internal policies, and audit requirements.
• Ensuring staff competency and adherence to company policies
• Reviewing audit reports and taking corrective actions
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with banking partners and other stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any graduate is preferable.
