Job summary

IIFL Finance in Srinagar invites applications for a Gold Appraiser (Gold Loans) at Bari Bhahmana, Bahu Plaza, Karan Market & Janipur. You will handle walk-in customers, explain gold loan products, perform accurate valuation and ensure proper KYC documentation.

You will also manage cash transactions, packing/storage, and end-to-end loan processing from valuation to disbursal and closure, while delivering excellent customer service throughout the journey.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of gold loan products and schemes.
• Ability to explain processes to walk-in customers.
• Attention to valuation accuracy and purity assessment.
