IIFL Finance Ltd. in Badnawar, Dhar (Madhya Pradesh) is seeking a Gold Appraiser to handle walk-in customers, perform gold valuations, and manage disbursal processes. This on-roll role sits at a branch-level location with a focus on accurate valuation and secure handling of gold and cash.

As a Gold Appraiser you will ensure KYC documentation, cash flow during disbursals, and timely loan closures while delivering strong customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Create new CUID in LOS during Disbursal and Payments & Loan Closure.
• Maintain branch registers and record Key / Cash / Packet Movements.
• Ensuring proper collection and storage of customer KYC documents.
• Following up with customers for timely collection of interest and principal payments.
• Providing excellent customer service at every step of pledging, releasing, or payments.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Attending to walk-in customers, addressingqueries about the gold loan process and schemes offered.
• Conducting gold valuations andidentifying gold purity accurately.
• Properly packing and storing gold andgold packets after loan disbursal. Returning gold ornaments to customers afterloan closure.
• Managing cash (system & physical)during loan disbursals, interest collection, and loan closures.
• Create new CUID in system &modifications in LOS during Disbursal, Part Release / Payments & LoanClosure.
• Maintain branch registers as per theguidelines – Key / Cash / Packet Movements, Staff & Customer Visits etc.
• Ensuring proper collection and storageof customer KYC documents.
• Following up with customers for timelycollection of interest and principal payments.
• Providing good customer service at everystep i.e. while pledging, releasing, or making interest payments.

Additional Responsibilities:

Insummary, the Gold appraiser is responsible for the end-to-end transactionprocess for gold loans - from valuation to disbursal to closure, along withcustomer service.

CTC Upto 3 Lacs ( for Non-Metro) / 4.20 Lacs ( for Metro )
