IIFL Finance Ltd requires a Gold Appraiser at its Thane (Mumbra-Mumbra Panvel Road GL) branch. The role involves end-to-end gold loan processing, valuation, cash handling, and customer service. You will ensure proper KYC documentation and help customers through pledge, disbursement and repayment stages.

CTC up to 3 Lacs non-metro or 4.20 Lacs metro, with incentives. Walk-in support and branch operations form the daily activities.

• Maintain branch registers for Key, Cash, Packet Movements and visits.
• Ensure proper collection and storage of KYC documents.
• Follow up with customers for timely payment of interest and principal.
• Provide good customer service at pledging, releasing, or payments.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ø Attending to walk-in customers, addressingqueries about the gold loan process and schemes offered.


• Ø Conducting gold valuations andidentifying gold purity accurately.


• Ø Properly packing and storing gold andgold packets after loan disbursal. Returning gold ornaments to customers afterloan closure.


• Ø Managing cash (system & physical)during loan disbursals, interest collection, and loan closures.


• Ø Create new CUID in system &modifications in LOS during Disbursal, Part Release / Payments & LoanClosure.


• Ø Maintain branch registers as per theguidelines – Key / Cash / Packet Movements, Staff & Customer Visits etc.


• Ø Ensuring proper collection and storageof customer KYC documents.


• Ø Following up with customers for timelycollection of interest and principal payments.


• Ø Providing good customer service at everystep i.e. while pledging, releasing, or making interest payments.

Additional Responsibilities:

Insummary, the Gold appraiser is responsible for the end-to-end transactionprocess for gold loans - from valuation to disbursal to closure, along withcustomer service.

CTC Upto 3 Lacs ( for Non-Metro) / 4.20 Lacs ( for Metro )
