Job summary

The role emphasizes ownership of software lifecycles and mentoring peers. You will work with MongoDB, Redis, MySQL, and modern observability tools to monitor systems, optimize performance, and uphold coding standards in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech./M.Tech./MS in CS/Engineering required.
• Strong experience building backend services with Go.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage actively in the complete application lifecycle, with a strong focus on solution design and development
• Take ownership of agile stories, overseeing each phase from design through delivery and ongoing maintenance.
• Work closely with project stakeholders, including frontend, DevOps, and QA teams, to ensure seamless testing and debugging.
• Conduct peer code reviews and offer technical mentorship to junior developers, supporting their growth and adherence to coding best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

Proficient in developing backend servers and building RESTful APIs with Go (Golang).

• Solid understanding of application-layer protocols such as HTTP and gRPC.
• Experience working with distributed storage and database systems, including MongoDB, Redis, and MySQL.
• Knowledge of analytics and monitoring tools like Elasticsearch, Kibana, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.

Educational Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech./MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
