Recro in Bengaluru is seeking a Go backend engineer to build scalable services, manage complex migrations, and drive shadow-traffic deployments for safe rollouts. You will design and implement high-performance Go services, leverage PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis caching, and containerized workflows in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes concurrency, microservice design, and robust operational practices, with Docker and Git as core toolchains for reliable delivery in a growing tech landscape.

What You’ll Do

• Build the migration harness: shadow traffic, response diffing, metric parity dashboards, feature-flagged rollout, tested rollback
• Own the schema-to-schema migration — mapping, backfill, dual-write and reconciliation, consistency verification, documented cutover and rollback point
• Build Go services — HTTP APIs (Gin, Echo, Fiber, net/http), background workers, stream consumers
• Use Go concurrency deliberately: goroutines, channels, context propagation, worker pools, graceful shutdown, leak prevention. At this traffic, concurrency bugs find you
