Job summary

Konsilience is hiring a backend engineer to design, build and own scalable services and APIs in Go for its SaaS platforms and Trasys AI. You will model data, optimize queries in PostgreSQL and Redis, and implement event-driven architectures. You will collaborate with frontend, mobile and AI teams to ship features end to end.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional backend development, with strong hands-on Go experience.
• Solid understanding of REST/gRPC API design, concurrency and goroutines.
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) and caching (Redis).
• Comfortable with Docker, CI/CD and deploying to a cloud provider (AWS, GCP or Azure).
• Good grasp of testing, debugging and performance profiling.
• Clear communication in English and ownership of your work.
