Job summary

TECEZE in Bengaluru, India, seeks an experienced GoAnywhere MFT Administrator to manage and support the Fortra GoAnywhere MFT platform on Windows and Linux.

Configure secure transfers (SFTP/FTPS/HTTPS/AS2), onboard trading partners, schedule workflows, manage keys and certificates, and enforce RBAC, network, and security controls.

This hybrid role follows a UK shift and requires strong incident troubleshooting and cross‑functional collaboration with infra and security teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Fortra GoAnywhere MFT platform.
• Configure and manage secure file-transfer protocols including SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, and AS2.
• Create, configure, schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot MFT workflows.
• Support trading-partner onboarding and file-transfer configurations.
• Manage PGP keys, SSH keys, certificates, SSL/TLS, and secure authentication mechanisms.
• Configure LDAP/Active Directory, users, roles, and access controls.
• Monitor file-transfer activities and resolve production incidents.
• Work with Windows and Linux environments.
• Troubleshoot issues related to networking, firewalls, proxies, and DMZ environments.
• Maintain platform security, availability, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, and business teams.
