Job summary

Infosys is seeking a skilled professional to design and maintain Axway-based secure file transfer platforms. You will configure multiple protocols, automate onboarding processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end MFT solutions.

This role emphasizes SME-level guidance on Axway products, DevOps practices, and robust troubleshooting of SSL/TLS, certificates, and network-related issues across development, testing, and production environments.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing technical designs for new file transfer workflows and onboarding.
• Act as SME for Axway products guiding delivery teams and operations staff.
• Champion DevOps and IaC to automate platform provisioning, configuration, and deployments.
• Final escalation point for complex performance and stability issues beyond L2/L3 support.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure file transfer solutions using Axway Secure Transport.
• Configure and support SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, and SSH protocols.
• Develop automation scripts using Shell, Python, or PowerShell to streamline onboarding and operations.
• Configure partner connectivity, file routing, scheduling, encryption/decryption, and secure data exchange workflows.
• Install, upgrade, patch, and maintain Axway Secure Transport across dev/test/prod.
• Troubleshoot transfer failures, SSL/TLS issues, certificate problems, firewall connectivity issues, and bottlenecks.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, access control, and security configurations.
• Collaborate with infra, network, security, and app teams for end-to-end delivery.
• Design architecture diagrams, connectivity models, and firewall requirements for MFT implementations.
• Perform RCA for incidents and provide resolution within SLA.
• Support high availability, DR, and platform monitoring.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.

• Solution Design Review: Review and approve technical designs for new file transfer workflows, partner onboarding.
• SME Consulting: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Axway products, providing guidance to delivery teams, operations staff, and project managers.
• Automation Strategy: Champion and drive the implementation of DevOps principles and Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) to automate platform provisioning, configuration, and flow deployment.
• Troubleshooting: Serve as the final escalation point for complex, persistent performance and stability issues that cannot be resolved by L2/L3 support teams.
