Job summary

Accenture is seeking professionals to join its Agribusiness practice within the Consumer Goods & Services segment. You will collaborate with global clients to draft technology-enabled transformation using SAP ACM, Data, and AI to improve resilience, sustainability, and profitability.

You will contribute to value assessment, business case development, and end-to-end delivery, engaging with onshore and offshore teams while shaping solutions and roadmaps for multiple transformations.

Qualifications

• MBA from Tier 1 or 2 business school.
• 3–10 years of experience in consulting/industry roles.
• Experience in agribusiness or consumer goods services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the Agribusiness team within Accenture CG&S to drive design and assessment activities.
• Provide solutions for complex client problems across the Commodity Trading/Data/AI/SAP ACM space.
• Engage with clients to scope, discover, and define solutions and develop roadmaps to meet goals.
• Create innovative solution designs leveraging Accenture service offerings and technologies.

Must have skills

Prior experience of working on 2-3 large scale implementation and delivery programs for global clients

Experience in at least 2 Agribusiness sub sectors: Livestock Dairy Grains Plantations Fresh Fruits

As part of Accenture’s Consumer Goods & Services (CG&S) industry practice, you will collaborate with leading global Agribusiness and Consumer Packaged Goods clients to define and deliver technology-enabled business transformation. You will help clients navigate their digital and operational reinvention journey—leveraging SAP ACM, Data, and AI—to enhance resilience, sustainability, and profitability. Let’s infuse fresh thinking in the systems and turn new ideas into reality. As a part of the team, you’ll help drive the following: Be a part of the Agribusiness team, one of the key capabilities or sub-industry areas to Consumer Goods and Services -drive business design and assessment such as value assessment, business case creation, business process re-engineering and so on. Provide solutions for complex client problems across the Commodity Trading/Data/AI/ SAP ACM space throughout the project lifecycle, providing subject matter expertise with a strong strategic awareness of the associated technologies. Engage with clients in understanding their requirements, scoping, discovering and defining solutions, explaining business benefits and use cases and developing a roadmap to meet their goals. Create innovative solution designs that utilize our extensive service offerings. Support our business development activities, working with our sales teams in proposal generation, shaping the solution plan and delivery approach for multiple transformations. Create proof of concepts and Point of view regarding different topics in Agribusiness
