Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking professionals for Agribusiness within the CG&S space to lead technology-enabled transformations. You will collaborate with global agribusiness and consumer goods clients to define requirements and craft SAP ACM, data, and AI-driven solutions that enhance resilience, sustainability, and profitability.

You will contribute to business design, roadmap development, and innovative solution design while supporting sales activities and multi-transformation delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have 2-3 end-to-end implementation projects in CTRM/Data/AI and SAP ACM for agribusiness/food industry.
• Experience supporting large RFPs/proposals in global contexts.
• Experience across multiple agribusiness sub-sectors and functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver technology-enabled business transformation for agribusiness clients.
• Engage with clients to scope, discover, and define solutions and roadmaps.
• Create innovative solution designs leveraging SAP ACM, Data, and AI.
• Support business development, proposals, and delivery approaches for multiple transformations.
• Develop proofs of concept and point-of-view on agribusiness topics.

Must have skills:

CTRM, Data and AI and SAP Agricultural Contract Management in Agribusiness and Food Industry. Should have worked on 2-3 end-to-end implementation projects. Should have also supported large and strategic RFPs/Proposals.

Good to have skills:

Prior experience of working on 2-3 large scale implementation and delivery programs for global clients

Experience in at least 2 Agribusiness sub sectors:

• Livestock
• Dairy
• Grains
• Plantations
• Fresh Fruits

Experience in at least 2-3 functional areas out of:

• Agri Enterprise Transformation: Commodity Trading & Risk Management, S/4 Led Transformation, Agricultural Contract Management design & blueprint , SAP for agribusiness clients (across SAP modules)
• Digital Agri Supply Chain: Precision Ag-Tech Assessment , GenAI for Agribusiness
• Agri Commercial Excellence: Value Realization Office, Commodity Procurement , Agribusiness Cost to Serve

As part of Accenture’s Consumer Goods & Services (CG&S) industry practice, you will collaborate with leading global Agribusiness and Consumer Packaged Goods clients to define and deliver technology-enabled business transformation. You will help clients navigate their digital and operational reinvention journey—leveraging SAP ACM, Data, and AI—to enhance resilience, sustainability, and profitability.

• Be a part of the Agribusiness team, one of the key capabilities or sub-industry areas to Consumer Goods and Services -drive business design and assessment such as value assessment, business case creation, business process re-engineering and so on.
• Provide solutions for complex client problems across the Commodity Trading/Data/AI/ SAP ACM space throughout the project lifecycle, providing subject matter expertise with a strong strategic awareness of the associated technologies.
• Engage with clients in understanding their requirements, scoping, discovering and defining solutions, explaining business benefits and use cases and developing a roadmap to meet their goals.
• Create innovative solution designs that utilize our extensive service offerings.
• Support our business development activities, working with our sales teams in proposal generation, shaping the solution plan and delivery approach for multiple transformations.
• Create proof of concepts and Point of view regarding different topics in Agribusiness
