Job summary

EY in India seeks a CyberArk Operations Support Analyst to join Global Managed Service – Privileged Identity and Access Management. You will help administer the CyberArk PAM solution, monitor health, provide first-level support, and contribute to security policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Experience with CyberArk or PAM solutions is advantageous but not required.
• Certifications like CyberArk Defender or Sentry desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration and maintenance of CyberArk PAM, including safes, platforms and policies.
• Monitor health and performance of CyberArk; respond to alerts promptly.
• Provide first-level support for privileged access issues (password checkouts, sessions).
• Onboard new accounts into CyberArk, ensuring policy compliance.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity team on enhancements to CyberArk infrastructure.
• Document SOPs, configurations and incident reports.
• Assist in CyberArk user training and awareness activities.
• Support audits with necessary documentation and evidence.
• Stay updated with CyberArk features and industry best practices.
• Perform routine maintenance: patching, upgrades, backups.

Global Managed Service – Privileged Identity and access Management – Staff

CyberArk Operations Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform. This includes managing the CyberArk infrastructure, monitoring system performance, and providing first-level support to resolve issues related to privileged account management. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles and be eager to learn and grow within the field.

Key Requirements / Responsibilities:

• Assist in the administration and maintenance of the CyberArk PAM solution, including the management of safes, platforms, and policies.
• Monitor the health and performance of the CyberArk environment, responding to alerts and notifications in a timely manner.
• Provide first-level support for issues related to privileged account access, including password checkouts, session management, and account onboarding.
• Participate in the onboarding of new accounts into the CyberArk platform, ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to implement enhancements and updates to the CyberArk infrastructure.
• Document standard operating procedures, system configurations, and incident reports.
• Assist in the development and delivery of CyberArk user training and awareness programs.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and evidence related to CyberArk operations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest CyberArk features, updates, and industry best practices.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching, upgrades, and backups of the CyberArk environment

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Familiarity with Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

• Willingness to travel as required
• Willingness to be on call support engineer and work occasional overtime as required
• Willingness to work in shifts as required
