Job summary

EY is hiring a CyberArk Operations Support Analyst in Mumbai to support Privileged Identity and Access Management. You will help administer CyberArk PAM, monitor systems, and provide first-level support for privileged accounts while learning and growing in a global security team.

The role requires a foundation in cybersecurity, familiarity with Windows and Unix/Linux, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Travel and on-call shifts may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration and maintenance of CyberArk PAM solution, including safes, platforms, and policies.
• Monitor health and performance of CyberArk environment and respond to alerts.
• Provide first-level support for privileged account access issues (password checkout, session management, onboarding).
• Onboard new accounts ensuring compliance with security policies.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity team to implement enhancements.
• Document SOPs, configurations, incident reports.
• Assist in development and delivery of CyberArk user training and awareness.
• Support audits with necessary documentation and evidence.
• Stay up-to-date with CyberArk features and best practices.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks: patching, upgrades, backups.

Global Managed Service – Privileged Identity and access Management – Staff

CyberArk Operations Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform. This includes managing the CyberArk infrastructure, monitoring system performance, and providing first-level support to resolve issues related to privileged account management. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles and be eager to learn and grow within the field.

Key Requirements / Responsibilities:

• Assist in the administration and maintenance of the CyberArk PAM solution, including the management of safes, platforms, and policies.
• Monitor the health and performance of the CyberArk environment, responding to alerts and notifications in a timely manner.
• Provide first-level support for issues related to privileged account access, including password checkouts, session management, and account onboarding.
• Participate in the onboarding of new accounts into the CyberArk platform, ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to implement enhancements and updates to the CyberArk infrastructure.
• Document standard operating procedures, system configurations, and incident reports.
• Assist in the development and delivery of CyberArk user training and awareness programs.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and evidence related to CyberArk operations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest CyberArk features, updates, and industry best practices.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching, upgrades, and backups of the CyberArk environment

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Familiarity with Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
• Any experience with CyberArk or other PAM solutions is beneficial but not required.
• Certifications such as CyberArk Defender or Sentry are desirable but not mandatory for entry-level applicants

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Work Requirements:

• Willingness to travel as required
• Willingness to be on call support engineer and work occasional overtime as required
• Willingness to work in shifts as required
