Job summary

Mindmentors Consultant in Mumbai, India seeks an accomplished finance leader to partner with the Procurement & Supply Chain Head, driving structured finance support across APIs, formulations, indirect procurement and ongoing projects.

The role focuses on delivering YoY cost synergies through channel analysis, warehousing optimization, and logistics efficiency improvements, while strengthening engagement with senior leadership and guiding strategic decision support.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA with 15+ years of diverse business finance experience across sales, commercials, manufacturing, and supply chain/procurement finance.
• Ideally suited with MNC exposure, particularly managing large distribution networks and leading high-performing finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Procurement & Supply Chain Head to drive structured finance support across APIs, formulations, indirect procurement, and ongoing projects.
