Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking a seasoned Chartered Accountant with 10+ years in business finance to lead strategic partnering across sales, commercials and manufacturing finance. The role focuses on supply chain/Procurement finance in Pharma or FMCG with complex distributions.

You will drive cost efficiencies, engage with senior leaders, and oversee digitisation and reporting, while mentoring the operations finance team to align with global leadership.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA with 10+ years of business finance experience across sales, commercials and manufacturing finance.
• Experience in supply chain or procurement finance in Pharma, MNCs or FMCG is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for end-to-end discussions.

• Strategic partnering with Procurement and Supply Chain Head for financial leadership across APIs, formulations, indirect procurement, and projects.
• Drive year-on-year cost synergies through channel analysis, warehousing optimization, and logistics improvements.
• Engage with senior leadership, including CMD, to deliver commercial insights and governance.
• Lead financial reporting and spearhead digitisation to improve transparency and efficiency.
• Mentor the operations finance team and align with the Global Head of Operations Finance.

Drive year on year cost synergies through rigorous channel analysis, warehousing optimization, and logistics efficiency improvements.

3. Stakeholder Engagement and Value Addition:

Partner with senior leadership, including CMD, to deliver commercial insights, ensure governance, and drive tangible value creation in complex India operations.

4. Financial Reporting and Digitisation:

Lead financial reporting processes and spearhead digitisation initiatives to strengthen transparency, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

5. Team Leadership and Global Alignment:

Manage and mentor the operations finance team, ensuring alignment with the Global Head of Operations Finance and building a strong leadership pipeline.
