Job summary

Commercial Auto Products Private Limited in Lucknow seeks an experienced Finance & Accounts professional to independently manage the complete finance, accounting, taxation, banking and statutory compliance functions of our manufacturing organization.

You will lead the F&A team, oversee GST/IP, TDS/TCS, ITC reconciliation, ROC/MCA filings, and maintain robust financial controls and timely reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing finance, accounting, taxation, banking and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on with Tally and advanced MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of GST, ITC, TDS/TCS and ROC/MCA compliances.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting operations, monthly closing, MIS, P&L and cash flow reporting.
• Handle banking operations, working capital management and CMA data.
• Oversee GST returns, ITC reconciliation, and direct/indirect tax compliance.
• Coordinate statutory audits, tax assessments and ROC/MCA filings.
• Prepare bank stock statements, book-debt statements and drawing power calculations.
• Lead the Finance & Accounts team to ensure timely financial reporting.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts professional to independently manage the complete finance, accounting, taxation, banking, and statutory compliance functions of our manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting operations, Tally, monthly closing, MIS, Profit & Loss, and cash flow reporting.
• Handle banking operations, CC/OD limits, term loans, CMA data, and working capital management.
• Manage GST returns, ITC reconciliation, TDS/TCS, income tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate statutory audits, tax assessments, and ROC/MCA compliances, wherever applicable.
• Prepare bank stock statements, book-debt statements, and drawing power calculations.
• Handle EDPMS/BRC reconciliation and export-related documentation.
• Manage product costing, budgeting, fixed assets, and depreciation.
• Monitor receivables, payables, fund utilization, and financial controls.
• Lead the Finance & Accounts team and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to management.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Tally and advanced MS Excel.
• Good understanding of banking, working capital, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and team management skills.
