Job summary

Saheel Properties in Pune district is seeking a senior leader to oversee contracts and commercial activities for ongoing projects. The role is focused on tendering, contract drafting, and managing work orders to ensure timely and compliant project execution.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with Estimation, Projects, Procurement and Legal teams to review agreements, manage variations and claims, monitor compliance, and prepare MIS for management. This position is based in Maharashtra, India.
