Job summary

Biopatrika in Navi Mumbai seeks a GM/AVP/VP – Product Development to lead formulation technology and drive commercialization of biocontrols, biostimulants, and related agricultural inputs. The ideal candidate will manage the R&D pipeline, scale-up processes, and strengthen facilities while coordinating with regulatory, manufacturing, and sales teams.

Ph.D. in Agrochemicals/Chemistry/Biotechnology and 10+ years in agriculture are required; contact number provided for outreach.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Agrochemicals / Chemistry / Biotechnology.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation technology and develop innovative agricultural delivery systems.
• Drive commercialization of biocontrols, organic fungicides, biostimulants, micronutrients, seed coatings, and fertilizer coatings.
• Develop and manage the R&D pipeline, including mycorrhiza products.
• Establish and strengthen R&D infrastructure, laboratories, pilot facilities, and scale-up processes.
• Drive technology transfer, product improvement, and commercialization.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Manufacturing, Application Research, and Sales teams.

Location: Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai

Qualification: Ph.D. in Agrochemicals / Chemistry / Biotechnology

Experience: 10+ years in the Agriculture Industry

Industry Background: Manufacturing of biological products, including biocontrols, biostimulants, biofertilizers, and related agricultural inputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead formulation technology and develop innovative agricultural delivery systems.
• Drive commercialization of biocontrols, organic fungicides, biostimulants, micronutrients, seed coatings, and fertilizer coatings for domestic and export markets.
• Develop and manage the R&D pipeline, including mycorrhiza products.
