Job description

NVIDIA is seeking a Global Trade Compliance Analyst in Pune, India to join our Global Systems Solution Compliance team.

What you’ll be doing

• Support SAP GTS edition for SAP HANA (GTS E4H) day‑to‑day operations, including reviewing, releasing and escalating Sanction Party List issues, export/import license blocks, and embargo blocks.
• Maintain product and customer master data, including Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCNs), Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classifications, and D5 headquarter customer restrictions.
• Maintain multi‑regional legal regulations in GTS E4H.
• Audit GTS E4H to ensure system integrity.
• Provide monthly and quarterly APAC support.
• Support U.S. Automated Export System integration in GTS E4H for U.S. exports.
• Develop improved reports for analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience and proven ability in a related field.
• Strong use and working knowledge of SAP GTS (Compliance and Customs Management) and ECC, Hana S4 areas.
• Knowledge of product classification (HS‑Code / ECCN).
• Advanced understanding of BIS EAR and other export control regulations.
• Knowledge of using SAP BI/BO reports and ad‑hoc reports using SQVI.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe and Salesforce.
