Job Title: SAP GTS Program Manager

Work Location: Pune

We are looking for an experienced SAP GTS PM to support the implementation, rollout, and support of SAP Global Trade Services modules. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of international trade compliance processes and hands-on experience in SAP GTS functionalities including compliance, customs, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement SAP GTS modules including Compliance Management (SD & MM integration), Customs Management
• Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design in alignment with global trade compliance requirements.
• Integrate SAP GTS with ECC/S4HANA and external systems.
• Work closely with business users, stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Develop functional specifications and support technical development.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT) and create related documentation.
• Keep up-to-date with SAP GTS releases and legal regulations affecting international trade.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP GTS implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge in ECC or S4HANA integration with GTS.
• Experience in SAP SD, MM, or Logistics is a plus.
• Good understanding of international trade laws, embargo checks, export/import regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a global team and manage multiple stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with S/4HANA migration projects involving GTS.
• Experience with customs declaration automation and broker integration.
• Certification in SAP GTS or SAP SD/MM is a plus.
