The role offers the opportunity to build a strong global network, deepen an end-to-end enterprise mindset, and create sustainable impact on Bayer's talent agenda.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Listen to and identify talent and business needs across the organization, translating them into scalable solutions that drive enterprise outcomes.
  • Lead global projects, workstreams, and design teams, ensuring successful delivery of strategic talent initiatives from concept through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a trusted talent expert and consultant across the HR community, providing thought partnership and guidance on talent, leadership, and organizational priorities.
  • Build strong partnerships with senior leaders, HR colleagues, and key stakeholders to influence talent decisions, connect perspectives, and align on enterprise priorities.
  • Design, pilot, launch, scale, and continuously improve talent management products, processes, and experiences that support Bayer's talent strategy.
  • Contribute to the evolution of enterprise talent frameworks, leadership capabilities, skills-based approaches, and workforce-readiness strategies in response to changing business needs.
  • Use talent insights, data, research, external trends, and stakeholder feedback to develop recommendations, assess impact, and improve talent outcomes.
  • Lead change, communication, and adoption efforts to enable sustainable implementation of talent solutions across countries, functions, and stakeholder groups.
  • Build Talent Management and broader HR capability by sharing expertise, coaching and supporting colleagues, and contributing to a culture of continuous learning.
  • Collaborate across HR and the business to connect talent priorities, manage interdependencies, and deliver integrated solutions that support key business outcomes.
  • Apply digital and AI-enabled approaches, where appropriate, to improve the relevance, scalability, and employee experience of talent solutions.
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, adapting focus as enterprise talent priorities evolve.
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Significant experience developing, executing, and driving change for global initiatives, including consulting with and influencing senior business and HR leaders and other stakeholders.

  • Proven track record of leading complex projects, programs, or cross-functional teams from concept through implementation and adoption.
  • Strong consulting and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze complex issues, develop hypotheses, synthesize diverse perspectives, and translate insights into practical recommendations.
  • Ability to prioritize based on enterprise value, expected impact, feasibility, and return on investment.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguity, adapt to evolving priorities, and balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and productive relationships across cultures, functions, and organizational levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills in English.
Preferred qualifications
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Broad professional experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, organizational development, leadership development, or internal or external consulting.
  • Experience managing large-scale, complex, or enterprise-wide initiatives in a global and matrixed organization.
  • Experience using talent analytics, digital platforms, or AI-enabled tools to inform or improve talent solutions.
  • Experience leading change and adoption across multiple regions, cultures, or stakeholder groups.
